Being a full time realtor is more than just being able to get in touch with someone on weekends and "after-hours". I am working full time to find properties for my clients, market homes for my sellers, be physically present at all inspections, keep transactions current with all involved parties. I will review all documents from the Title Company before your Escrow appointment.
I am perpetually educating myself about current government legislation, mortgage documentation requirements, Arizona Real Estate laws, new updates to the Arizona Purchase Contract, new construction in and around Tucson and other local legal issues that are always changing in Real Estate.
Buyers
Buyers can trust me to be your guide and help navigate the buying process. I will help you through the steps: Search, Educate, Negotiate and Investigate. After that I have the connections to help you make your new house into a dream home. (Handymen, Contractors, Landscapers, Painters and more.)

Sellers need an agent who knows the current market, understand marketing and can analyze your individual neighborhood to price your house correctly. I can also help you to get your house ready before it goes on the market. Knowing what improvements to do before you sell can help to maximize profit and help you sell in the quickest timeframe possible.
Home Staging
Home Staging is a powerful tool. Staging helps a buyer “see” the spaces in the house and visualize themselves living in the house. Buyers can see the dream! I am able to stage vacant homes, or help you to “stage” your home with your own furniture if you aren’t able to move out before the house goes on the market. Ask me for pictures and examples of previous homes that have taken advantage of this service.
